Here are our delivery policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.

All orders processed in our warehouse are shipped via DPD or DHL.

Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you place your order.

We offer free standard UK Mainland delivery on all orders over £75*. Please see delivery options by region:

*Sorry, we do not deliver to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands**, Channel Islands including (Jersey and Guernsey) or BFPO locations currently.

Orders placed before 2pm** Monday to Friday in the UK will be despatched next working day. Delivery is £5.99. If you want to guarantee next working day delivery, you may select this service at checkout for £7.99.

Orders placed after 2pm** Monday to Friday in the UK or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed next working day, and will then be delivered to specified location and will cost £5.99.

Orders placed before 2pm** Monday to Friday will be despatched next business day. Delivery will cost €10. Orders placed after 2pm (or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday) will be processed next working day.

We deliver to France and Germany from their respective websites and standard delivery is 5-10 working days at 10 €. Austria standard delivery is 5-10 working days at 16 € (via our German website).

PLEASE NOTE: At this moment in time, we are unable to deliver to BFPO locations.

The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customers’ responsibility.
