At Dublin Equestrian (owned and operated by Weatherbeeta Ltd.), we aim to make your shopping experience simple, transparent, and secure. This policy outlines our accepted payment methods, billing terms, tax disclosures, and security standards.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options at checkout:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal

  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): Klarna, Clearpay

All payments, except BNPL orders,  must be completed in full at the time of purchase before your order is processed and dispatched. 

2. Currency & Pricing

  • Billing Currency: All prices displayed across Dublin Equestrian are listed in British Pounds (GBP - £).

  • Taxes & VAT: All prices are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. VAT details will be clearly itemized at checkout and on your order receipt.

  • Additional Fees: We do not charge any hidden payment processing fees or surcharge fees for standard payment methods. Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly calculated and displayed before you submit your payment.

3. Payment Security & Encryption

Your financial security is our top priority:

  • PCI-DSS Compliance: Our online store is hosted on Shopify and operates in compliance with Level 1 PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

  • SSL Encryption: All payment transactions are encrypted using 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your sensitive billing and credit card details.

  • Card Data Storage: We do not store, or process your credit card numbers on our server infrastructure. All payment details are handled securely by authorized payment gateway processors.

4. Billing Authorization & Order Verification

  • When you place an order, your payment card or selected payment account is authorized and charged immediately.

  • Orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer or payment provider. If your payment provider refuses or delays authorization, we cannot fulfill or dispatch your order.

5. Buy Now, Pay Later Services (Klarna & Clearpay)

  • If you select Klarna or Clearpay at checkout, your transaction is subject to the provider's terms and conditions.

  • Payment agreements, installment schedules, and late payment fees (if applicable) are managed directly between you and the chosen service provider.

6. Payment Issues & Order Cancellations

  • If a payment fails during checkout, please verify that your billing address matches the address registered to your payment card, or attempt using an alternative payment method.

  • In the event of an unintended duplicate charge or billing error, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and process a full adjustment.
